A retention and absorption basin with an area of more than 7,000 m2 was constructed for the project, together with an outlet to a drainage ditch on the basis of a water law permit. In order to increase the construction area by approximately 14,000 m2, it was necessary to relocate a drainage ditch with a length of 365 m. The following were obtained for the project: permission to cut down around 60 trees, decisions relating to archaeological investigations of more than 200,000 m2. The reconstruction of the 15kV power line was carried out in parallel. The construction of exits from voivodeship road 449 required a project for the organisation of substitute and target traffic, which was agreed with the Voivodeship Police Headquarters, DSDiK (Lower Silesian Road and Railway Service), and then approved by the Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
