The investment consisted in the revitalisation of a pre-war building from the 1930s, adapting the building to its new use. The scope of the construction work included: replacement of structural elements – roof core, ceilings, staircase, balconies; reinforcement and repair of the existing walls with new lintels; execution of a new roofing, a new facade with restoration of decorative elements and new window and door carpentry, masonry, plastering and finishing works. The building was equipped with new internal installations: electricity, plumbing, central heating, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning. The supply of heat for the central heating and hot water and cooling for the air-conditioning system was ensured by installing a heat pump with a ground exchanger located under the paved areas.
