The boutique apartment complex “Fort 8 Rawelin” is being developed using a reinforced concrete slab-column technology. The building will have three floors, featuring luxurious apartments with a total area of 2,754.16 m², commercial premises covering 273.75 m², and parking spaces in an underground garage.

Fort 8 Rawelin blends modern architectural solutions with the unique historical character of Fort 8, a former Warsaw Fortress fortification.
