Extension of the logistics building – 15,000 m2

In order to start work before obtaining environmental decision, the extension was designed as a public building in the ZL I and ZL III categories and not as a warehouse building in the PM category. The project was designed so that after obtaining the environmental decision and notification of the change of use to a production and storage building, no changes will be required to the building in terms of the number of emergency exits, the smoke extraction system and the sprinkler system. The only change will be the replacement of HP25 hydrants with HP52.

Prior to the handover of the project, an occupancy permit was obtained with non-substantial changes to the building design, supported by justification in the building law, comprising:

  • Change of location and tenant’s office area from 140 m2 to 95 m2
  • Change of location and number of emergency exits
  • Creation of additional walls in fire zone ZL I and division of this area adaptation of the sprinkler and smoke removal system
  • Resignation of public sanitary facilities
