The subject of the investment was the construction of a building, a warehouse, a logistics cold store with office and social areas (stages 1 and 2) together with the necessary technical infrastructure.

The building was designed on a polygonal plan. The technological part was enclosed in simple cuboidal shapes with a multi-pitched roof.
