Construction of an 18,800 m2 hall – first phase of the logistics centre
The hall constructed in 2016-2018 with a variable structural layout. On an area of 5,800m2 columns were constructed to allow the installation of a crane with a lifting capacity of 20 tonnes and a span of 28.6 m.
Construction of a 25,900 m2 hall – second phase of the logistics centre
The hall constructed in 2017-2018 for a Tenant engaged in shipping and transshipment. The implementation included the construction of a two-storey office with an area of 750m2, the reconstruction of the medium voltage supply and a 1,600m3 sealed retention tank, together with the construction of a sanitary sewer outlet to the Zalina River. The construction was carried out under the close supervision of an archaeologist due to the archaeological sites of prehistoric and medieval settlements. During the research a 16m well with a ground beam from the beginning of our era, two houses and fragments of ceramics were found.
Construction of a 30,300 m2 hall – third phase of the logistics centre
The hall was completed in 2018 for a Tenant involved in shipping and transshipment, as well as storing tyres, for whose needs the sprinkler system was changed in accordance with NFPA 13. A two-storey office of 550 m2 was completed.
Construction of a 52,200 m2 hall – fourth phase of the logistics centre
The hall was completed in 2019-2020 for a Tenant involved in shipping and transshipment. As part of the implementation, a single-storey office of 160m2 was made. The hall was adapted to the possibility of storing tyres in the most favourable manner defined in the NFPA 13 standard. A communal water supply network of approx. 1.5km was constructed, which required agreement with the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA), due to the passage under the A4 motorway. Also, a roundabout was constructed on the provincial road based on the ZRID (Permit for the Realisation of the Road Investment).
Construction of an 11,400 m2 hall – fifth phase of the logistics centre
The hall was completed in 2018 for a Tenant specialising in the automotive industry.
As part of the hall development, a two-storey office of 1400m2 was constructed. A resin floor and sluice gates were constructed to maintain a temperature of +20 degrees in winter on the production hall – to prevent the hall from cooling down when the gates are opened for loading/unloading.
Conversion of a 52,200 m2 hall
The redevelopment consisted of adapting the installation for semi-automatic shelving and for multistorey shelving with 4 floors, each with an area of approximately 11,700 m2. The redevelopment also included a 610m2 single-storey welfare building and a 1540 m2 two-storey external office building.
Construction of a 20,400 m2 hall – the sixth phase of the logistics centre
The hall constructed in 2020-2021 under the close supervision of an archaeologist due to the archaeological sites of prehistoric and historic settlement. As part of the implementation of the hall, a single-storey office of 113.4 m2 was constructed. As part of the project, a rainwater drainage outlet to the Zurawka River was constructed.
Construction of a 17,500m2 hall – the seventh phase of the logistics centre
The hall is being constructed in 2020-2021 under the close supervision of an archaeologist due to the archaeological sites of prehistoric and historic settlement. As part of the implementation of the hall, a single-storey office of 113.4m2 was constructed. As part of the project, a rainwater drainage outlet to the Zurawka River was constructed.
