Construction of a storage hall with an area of 20,850 m2

The following documents were obtained for the investment: a decision on environmental conditions, a permit to cut down trees, decisions related to the archaeological research, a water law permit related to the discharge of rainwater and snowmelt into the ditch. A water law application was also made for the construction of a culvert on a drainage ditch (municipal ditch) under the exit. The entire logistics centre required a ZRiD (Permit for the Realisation of the Road Investment) decision for Okolna Street.
