In the years 2024–2025, the first stage of the Hillwood Poznań – Czempiń logistics complex was completed. The project has been divided into three phases. During the first stage, a turnkey production, warehouse, and logistics hall with an area of 53,830 m² was built, including office and staff facilities. The necessary technical infrastructure was prepared to support further expansion of the complex.

The scope of work included earthworks with site grading, docks and gates, sanitary and electrical installations, as well as a sprinkler and fire alarm system. The project also featured standard staff facilities, a gatehouse, entry barriers, as well as construction of roads, yards, green areas with additional plantings, and flower meadows.

Due to the high groundwater level, both the hall and the retention reservoir were elevated above the natural ground level. The reservoir embankment reached a height of 6 meters.

The investment obtained an occupancy permit on March 5, 2025, and was rated EXCELLENT under the international BREEAM certification system.

Subsequent stages of the project are currently in the planning phase.
