Construction of a 44,000 m2 warehouse

The construction and expansion of the warehouse facility included:

– reconstruction of a medium voltage overhead power line

– extension of the existing building with an external three-storey social and office part to meet the needs of the tenant

– on the roof – the social and office area, a green roof has been designed as a rest area for employees

– conversion of an existing warehouse building into a cold storage facility with separate social and office space

– reconstruction of a section of a municipal road, construction of exits and repair of a section of a municipal road to improve the life of local residents
