Requirements

Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • supervision of the implementation of investments in accordance with the approved schedule and budget
  • preparation, updating, and verification of the implementation schedule
  • drafting, ongoing control, and updating of the budget
  • preparation of subcontracts, verification of subcontractors’ work schedules
  • settlement of subcontracts
  • dimensioning and ordering of materials
  • preparation of requests for bids, analysis of bids, conducting tender proceedings for the selection of a subcontractor
